The End: Farewell

All good things must come to an end.

Thank you so much for following the blog but now I have decided I am going to stop.

No big drama, just busy sewing and making clothes.

Yes that's right I've actually found something I love doing!!

Made my first real dress this week, (something I would actually wear out), and had so much fun.

It made me realise that I no longer feel the urge to blog.

So thank you for following me.

Safe and happy days to you all.

Wishing you A Lovely Day

Day 47: How To Get Over A Broken Heart - Tip #29 - Stairway To Heaven

The Patient & Symptom

Remedy: Stairway To Heaven

Took my really good friend to a bar which is on a roof terrace.
On our way down in the lift, we were asked if we wanted to go to the ground floor or HEAVEN!

Being the girls we are, we thought they were talking about the club in Charing Cross!
We didn't click it was a chat up line (he he he)!
The guys were embarrassed and professed to be married - Egg on their faces!

It was great using Magic Bertha.

Will have to get Shrekkie to model my creation again!

Day 41-45: How To Get Over A Broken Heart - Tip#28 Feel The Force

The Patient & Symptom

Sorry for not blogging since last Wednesday (I know that means 4 days of tips lost into the stratosphere!)
All I can do is to blame it on a combination of:
  • Feeling sorry for myself
  • Feeling sorry for myself
  • Feeling sorry for myself
  • Combined with too much Olympic partying

Advice: Feel The Force

For whatever reason, sometimes we do feel sorry for ourselves.
We feel bad, for no reason at all.
We just do.

It happens to the best of us.
Just look back at history (well storytelling history)

Luke Skywalker in his fight against Darth Vader.
Remember when Luke was on the verge of collapse,
He was so close to crossing over to the "Dark Side"

Harry Potter in his fight against Lord Voldemort,
Where Harry was struggling to fight against Lord V's evilness.

In both situations, Luke and Harry found the "Force" from within
"The Strength" to push all of that dark stuff to one side,
And before you could say boo to a goose, they had overcome their personal issues, and had defeated the baddies!
Hurrah!

So my advice to you is that sometimes you will feel sorry for yourself.
If you are in such a situation
Don't forget the POWER that you have inside you.

In the immortal words of Yoda (Star Wars), "Feel The Force".

Remedy: No Pee Pee

Laughing at myself for only being able to produce a trickle for my medical urine sample.
Uhm, I blame it on my inability to catch!
No need for an umbrella in this circumstance.
